Do you have what it takes to be a Cabana’s Boy?
Each year at The Cabana’s Guesthouse & Spa, we look for some of the sexiest gay men. We then tag them as our “boys”, allowing them to frolic and play all over our gay clothing optional resort, while being photographed by world famous photographer Vim Kruger. Kruger’s shots are then used to update our website and contribute to other promotional items for The Cabanas.
This year, we are encouraging all of our readers and valued guests, both past and present, to participate in our next Cabana Boy (uh and clearly “man”) contest. We are already planning the next photo shoot in the upcoming months and we’re inviting YOU to let us know if you think you’re one of our men for 2011!
That’s correct – you could be invited to The Cabanas Guesthouse and Spa in sunny Fort Lauderdale for a complimentary stay and inclusion in a professional photo shoot; not to mention a shot at becoming the 2011 Cabana Boy! Our guests at The Cabanas Guesthouse and Spa come from all over the world. If you’ve never been here, you’ll find that our all male gay resort and spa provides endless amenities and is the only one of its type in Wilton Manors, the heart of Gay Fort Lauderdale. Nominate The Cabanas for the Gay.com Travel Awards!
Calling all high-flying, train-riding, car-tripping, ship-sailing, vacation-loving gays! We’re launching the 16th Annual Gay.com Travel Awards, and to help us decide on the nominees for each category, we’re turning to the smartest, savviest travel experts we know — namely, YOU. After all, who says the “experts” know how to travel better than you do?
So look at the 11 categories and post your suggestions in the comments section below. Tell us about that little nightspot in San Diego that served the cheapest and best margaritas you’d ever tasted, or the cozy P-Town inn where you and your longtime partner rekindled your romance, or the hotel in South Beach so red-hot and over the top it just screamed sex.
Be specific — make sure to tell us why you think this spot is the place to visit. (Were the town’s boys hunky and the girls glam? Did the innkeepers make you feel especially welcome? Does the hotel chain take care of its LGBT employees?)
